🥗 Ingredients (6–8 servings)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ cup Savia Olive Oil

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 ½ cups flour

  • 1 packet baking powder

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

  • Zest of 2 lemons

  • Juice of ½ lemon

For topping (optional):

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until pale and fluffy.
