🥗 Ingredients (4 servings)
6 cleaned artichokes
1 large potato (diced)
1 carrot (sliced into half-moons)
1 cup peas
1 medium onion (chopped)
½ cup Savia Olive Oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cups hot water

Sauté the onion until lightly golden.
